Remote Notary Services

Convenient online notarization services using secure video technology.

Remote Online Notarization Services

At Vantage Notary, we offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services that allow you to have your documents notarized from anywhere with an internet connection. Our remote notaries are authorized by the State of Indiana to perform online notarizations using secure video technology, providing convenience without sacrificing security or legal validity.

What is Remote Online Notarization?

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a process that allows a notary public to notarize documents for signers who are not physically present. Instead, the signer and notary connect via secure audio-visual technology. The notary verifies the signer's identity through knowledge-based authentication and ID verification, witnesses the electronic signing of documents, and applies an electronic notary seal and signature.
